Moms w acrylics/ long nails help!
I'm very serious lol I love having nice hands and nails... I've had acrylics since I was 12 equally you can see they're pretty long all of my sets are normally this size. So I'm 36 weeks and v days actually debating if I should accept them off and exercise shellac then wait till she'southward older to practise my nails again?

LOL the struggle! I don't mind them natural but I always tend to pick at them if I don't have acrylics on 😭

I think acrylics are just fine! But shorten them upwards a bit and you should be proficient to go!

I keep mine natural because the prenatals was working its magic bit I do keep them short for the same reason 🤣

this moment is exactly what I think of whenever I want nails 😂 it's always been a struggle with any nieces or nephews. I can't imagine everyday trying to unbuckle my baby
I think so, they are soo pretty tho! Simply from my picture I had tiny short round nails only recently and gave birth and I could not even wipe baby's butt correctly lol I had to use my knuckle, I was also scratching the back of her cervix each time I picked her upwards and then I decided to take them off
I had acrylics besides. Let's just say once you get poop stuck nether the boom it's hard to go out and and so it's gross and bacteria grows and information technology stinks but take them off until your little 1 starts solids and has solid poops lol trust me

They are so pretty but I call back it would exist disastrous to clean poopy diapers (of which at that place will be MANY). Also I found that it was impossible to press the automobile seat latch to become my son in and out with long nails. You can continue your acrylics, jut cut them down A LOT. My son is 2 now and I nonetheless have to keep my nails really brusque.

Other than the risk of poop getting nether them and all that, I remember you could still practise acrylics. I would just get them done short enough for the commencement few months at least so that y'all can easily clean nether them and snap buttons on onesies and buckle the carseat.

3y/O & 1y/o. I loveeee my long nails. I say it just takes a little getting use to but definitely possible. It'due south up to you.
I commonly have mine long besides but I just tin't get without nails so I had her trim them down and told her to lightly soften the end of the nail so I don't scratch my baby and they're perfect !
I would remove them. High hazard of infections such as MRSA. At that place is no way to proceed acrylic nails clean and babies don't take a strong allowed system.
